1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "Player") and aa455 ("aa455", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of aa455.net and all services, games, and features available through the platform.

By completing the registration process on aa455, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. You also agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Philippines, including those administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

aa455 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, aa455 will notify registered members through the platform, by email, or through a notice posted on aa455.net. Your continued use of the platform after any such modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are effective as of the date stated at the top of this page and supersede all prior versions of the aa455 Terms & Conditions.

2 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active aa455 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR's minimum age requirement for online gambling in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person — corporations, partnerships, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts on aa455.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where accessing aa455 under PAGCOR regulation is not prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of an aa455 employee or contractor in a role that could create a conflict of interest.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, including those maintained by PAGCOR or any other relevant gaming authority.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not have had a previous aa455 account closed or suspended for violations of these Terms.

aa455 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend account access pending verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in permanent account closure.

3 Account Registration & KYC

3.1 Registration

Each person is permitted to hold only one (1) aa455 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different devices, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. aa455 uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts and will close them without notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), aa455 is required to verify the identity of all members before processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires you to submit:

• A valid government-issued Philippine photo ID (e.g., SSS, GSIS, PhilHealth, Postal ID, Driver's License, Passport, or UMID)
• Proof of current residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate dated within 90 days)
• A selfie photograph holding your ID, taken on demand by the aa455 verification team
• Additional documentation as may be required for high-value accounts or transactions

aa455 reserves the right to request updated KYC documents periodically or when unusual account activity is detected. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with aa455's Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

3.3 Account Security

You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aa455 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. aa455 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or telephone.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify aa455 support immediately at [email protected] or via Live Chat. aa455 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

aa455 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash and Maya. Deposits are generally credited to your aa455 wallet instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment provider and network conditions.

You must only deposit funds from payment accounts that are legally registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts held by family members — are not permitted and may trigger an account review. aa455 reserves the right to return funds to the source account and close the player account if third-party funding is detected.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are available to members who have completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and Philippine public holidays. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within 10 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) banking day.

Withdrawal requests may be subject to review by aa455's compliance team before processing, particularly for large amounts, accounts with unusual betting patterns, or accounts that have not yet satisfied bonus wagering requirements. aa455 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal amount.

4.3 Currency & Fees

All transactions on aa455 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). aa455 does not charge fees on standard GCash or Maya deposits and withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside aa455's control. For cryptocurrency withdrawals (USDT TRC20), network gas fees apply and are deducted from the withdrawal amount.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

aa455 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general bonus terms.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, all bonuses awarded to aa455 members are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for aa455 bonuses is stated clearly on each promotion page. Wagering contributions from different game types may vary — live casino games, slots, bingo, crash games, and sports bets may carry different contribution percentages toward clearing a bonus.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

aa455 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or mathematically hedged bets designed to clear bonus requirements with minimal risk, exploiting a technical error or software bug to gain an unfair advantage, and using any automated tools to place wagers. Any member found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus and associated winnings voided and their account suspended.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated. Wagering requirements must be met within the bonus validity window. aa455 is not obligated to remind members of expiring bonuses, though notifications may be sent as a courtesy.

aa455 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time and without prior notice, particularly in cases where a promotion has been exploited or where continued operation of the promotion would be commercially unfeasible.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the aa455 platform — including live dealer games, video slots, bingo, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the specific rules of each game and provider, which are accessible within each game interface. In cases of conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules take precedence for matters relating to game outcomes, and these Terms take precedence for matters relating to account management, payments, and conduct.

All RNG (Random Number Generator) games on aa455 use certified random number generation technology that has been independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. aa455 does not manipulate game results in any way. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from certified studios and are governed by the rules of the physical game being played.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including server disconnections, software errors, or hardware failures — aa455 will endeavor to resolve the issue and restore the session to its last valid state. If restoration is not technically possible, the affected wager may be refunded to the member's account wallet at aa455's discretion. Bets that have already been settled prior to a malfunction are final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aa455 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (including deposits, bonuses, and winnings), and may be referred to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on aa455, whether under your own name or any other name or identity
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorized payment credentials to fund your account
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other financial crime
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting software, or any other technological tools to gain an unfair advantage in games or sports betting markets
• Colluding with other players, including in live poker or multiplayer games, to manipulate outcomes
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, pricing errors, or other technical malfunctions for financial gain
• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or otherwise tamper with the aa455 platform or its underlying software
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing aa455 support staff or other members through any communication channel
• Accessing the platform from jurisdictions where doing so is prohibited by applicable local law

aa455 employs real-time fraud detection systems and manual compliance reviews to identify prohibited activities. The decision to suspend or close an account for prohibited conduct rests solely with aa455 and is final, subject to the dispute resolution process described in Section 14.

8 Responsible Gaming

aa455 is deeply committed to responsible gaming. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligation to provide tools and support seriously — not as a regulatory checkbox, but as a genuine commitment to the wellbeing of our members and the wider Filipino community.

8.1 Responsible Gaming Tools

aa455 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from your account settings without needing to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Reductions to your limit take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.

• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or wager.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the aa455 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period. During self-exclusion, aa455 will not send promotional communications to you.

9 Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, trademarks, logos, trade names, game assets, text, graphics, images, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the aa455 platform are the exclusive intellectual property of aa455 or its licensors and are protected under Philippine intellectual property law (Republic Act No. 8293) and applicable international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the aa455 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any aa455 content outside the platform
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse engineer any part of the platform
• Use aa455 trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner without prior written consent
• Frame, scrape, or mirror any portion of the aa455 platform on another website or application

Any unauthorized use of aa455's intellectual property is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights, for which aa455 may seek all available legal remedies.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, aa455 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the aa455 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain account security
• Actions taken by aa455 in good faith based on information provided by you during KYC or registration
• Losses resulting from reliance on information published on the aa455 platform, including odds, game descriptions, or promotional materials

aa455's total aggregate liability to any member for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your aa455 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit aa455's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

aa455 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The full details of how aa455 handles your personal data — including what data is collected, how it is used, who it is shared with, and how long it is retained — are set out in the aa455 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

By registering on aa455, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine data privacy law. Requests relating to your personal data should be directed to [email protected].

aa455 may share personal data with PAGCOR and other regulatory or law enforcement authorities as required by Philippine law, including for anti-money laundering compliance, fraud investigations, and responsible gaming enforcement. Such disclosures are made strictly on a need-to-know basis and in compliance with applicable legal requirements.

12 Termination & Account Closure

12.1 Closure by Member

You may close your aa455 account at any time by contacting support via Live Chat or email at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any outstanding bonus wagering requirements must be addressed and any remaining balance is subject to standard KYC and withdrawal processing requirements. Note that if you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, self-exclusion may be a more appropriate option — please speak to our support team first.

12.2 Closure by aa455

aa455 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A member has violated any provision of these Terms
• A member's account is linked to fraudulent, criminal, or suspicious activity
• A member fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• PAGCOR or a competent authority instructs aa455 to close the account
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory or reputational risk to aa455

In cases where the account is closed due to a breach of these Terms or suspected fraud, aa455 may withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation, aa455 may forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable regulations.

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. aa455 operates under the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the aa455 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, unless resolved through the dispute resolution process described in Section 14.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable Philippine law, that provision shall be severed from the Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14 Contact & Dispute Resolution

aa455 is committed to resolving member concerns fairly and efficiently. If you have a question, concern, or complaint about your aa455 account or the platform, the recommended steps are:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Reach aa455's 24/7 support team via Live Chat on the site, Facebook Messenger, or Viber. Most issues are resolved at this stage, often within minutes.
2. Step 2 — Formal Complaint by Email: If your concern is not resolved through Live Chat, submit a formal written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [Your Username]". Include a clear description of the issue, relevant dates, transaction IDs, and any supporting documentation. aa455 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a full response within 10 business days.
3. Step 3 — PAGCOR Escalation: If you remain dissatisfied with aa455's resolution of your formal complaint, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR, which has regulatory oversight over aa455's operations in the Philippines. aa455 does not operate an arbitration scheme beyond the PAGCOR escalation process described above. Legal proceedings initiated without first following the dispute resolution steps above may be stayed by the courts pending completion of the internal complaint process.
